Phoenix Allies for Community Health is an organization that dedicated its duties in providing the free health care to the less fortunate people in the society. The central area that the group has concentrated its matters in is the uninsured immigrant and the refugees. The other name of this organization is called PACH.

The move to bring the sanity in the society on the matters of discrimination of the refugees and immigrants called for the formation of the Lacey and Larkin Frontera fund.

The organization dedicates much of the reform in educating and sensitizing people in the community about their right as immigrants. Additionally, there was also need to end the border killing that had been experienced in the Mexico-American border. Both Michel Lacey and Jim Larkin are the primary founders of the village voice media. The two made a debut of the newspaper called the Phoenix that was being distributed in Arizona and the other parts of the United States.

Both Larkin and Lacey were arrested after publishing information about the Sheriff, and they later won the case and got compensation.
